- Create a job folder with the name of the piece you are submitting.

- Within the job folder, create two more folders called fonts and links.
- The page layout program document you create should be left on the top level of the jobs folder, to avoid confusion.
- The links folder is for photos and illustrations and the fonts folder is for fonts.
- If you can submit only files required for the job. It is less confusing, and helps avoid mistakes.
- All photos and graphics should be supplied in hi res (300 dpi) and in the correct color swatch (Pantone#) or cmyk colors to print properly.
- When all of the above steps are done please zip for pc, or for the mac create a sit or sea "self expanding archive" and your ready to submit your documents to the ftp site. Give the archive the same name as your JOB name so we know who's job it is.
- A good program to use for collecting your fonts and graphics is named Flightcheck Collect from Markzware. This program checks for presence of all elements including fonts and graphics needed for the project, and has the ability to make a zip, sit or a sea file with ease.
